Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate accuracy in their work
- The candidates should maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and exhibit flexibility in adapting to different tasks

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and co-ordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
