Salary: $26.00 to $28.85 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Spreadsheet, Electronic mail, and MS Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to perform repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be organized and reliable
  • The candidates should be team players and have efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
