Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5Â years or more
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Boring machines, Computer numerical control (CNC) machines, Cylindrical grinders, Drill presses, Filing machines, Milling machines
Own tools/equipment:Â Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to handle weight more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, dependable, initiative, flexible, and quick learner
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to repair machine tools and parts, fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
- The candidates should be able to set up and adjust production machineries/tools
- The candidates should be able to maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments
- The candidates should be able to verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- The candidates should be able to compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces
- The candidates should be able to set up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
- The candidates should be able to verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
