- The candidates should be able to foster a learning environment that respects and incorporates diverse Indigenous perspectives, ensuring the curriculum reflects the local Indigenous culture
- The candidates should be able to implement strategies to promote equity and inclusion within the school community, addressing disparities and fostering a sense of belonging for all students
- The candidates should be able to liaise between the school and the community, seeking input, collaboration, and feedback to continuously improve educational programs
- The candidates should be able to develop and integrate land-based learning opportunities into the curriculum, fostering a deep connection to the land and traditional practices
