  • The candidates should be able to listen, ask questions, and put themselves in the client’s shoes, taking accountability for client issues and knowing when to lean on others to find solutions
  • The candidates should be able to prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules, helping team success by improving productivity and proactively uncovering business opportunities
