Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks
The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
The candidates should be able to manage a large workload
The candidates should be able to work outdoors in hot conditions
The candidates should be capable of participating in the harvest of crops
The candidates should have the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, pick row and orchard crops, write daily basic progress reports, clean work areas, and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and fertilize and spray crops
The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer
