Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be focused on clients, should have efficient interpersonal skills, should be flexible
- The candidate should exercise judgment, should be organized, should be reliable
- The candidate should work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and prepare work schedules, select and employ trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, and inspect subcontractors’ work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies, plan and manage budgets, and perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities
- The candidates should be able to recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, train staff, and develop and implement business plans
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement financial and operating plans, prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects, and work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications
- The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors, ensure that construction permits are obtained, and develop and implement health and safety plans
- The candidates should be able to handle human resource planning and development, and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
