Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to multitask, be able to communicate orally with excellence, be able to be flexible
- The candidates should be able to be organized, be able to work as a team player, be able to focus on clients
- The candidates should be able to be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
