Salary: $27.50 to $28.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment and administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, train staff, plan and control budget and expenditures, and resolve conflict situations
