Salary: $18.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software, MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to operate a switchboard or telephone system, answer the telephone, and relay calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain work records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to record and relay information, send invoices, and calculate billing charges
  • The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, perform data entry, and monitor mobile radio or telephone
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
