Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software, MS Office, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, have excellent written communication skills, and be organized
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to provide directory assistance, perform data entry, and provide customer service
