Salary: $16.55 hourly for 8 to 12 hours per week

Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend
Transportation/travel information: Own transportation and Public transportation is available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should be flexible

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers’ cheques, or room billings
  • The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, advise on menu selections, and balance cash and record sales
  • The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and provide excellent customer service
