Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of BS in Computer Science
Experience: Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in product management and product design
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
- The candidates should have experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre or post-launch execution
- The candidates should have critical thinking and analytical leadership experience and experience presenting to senior executive audiences
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large Product area and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
- The candidates should be able to generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities while consistently demonstrating initiative and executing with limited oversight
- The candidates should be able to plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms
- The candidates should be able to drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
- The candidates should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups design, legal and develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones
- The candidates should be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, identify and track key performance metrics, and drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis, and AB testing
