Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have relevant information security experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience managing Cloud identities and implementing secure Single Sign-On (SSO) strategies
  • The candidates should have experience in two or more of the following areas: Single Sign-On, Privilege Access, Certificate Management, Identity Federation, Resource Provisioning, Logical Access Control systems, and Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design, including directory schema, namespace, and replication topology experience
  • The candidates should have experience in SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and other industry-standard authentication/authorization solutions
  • The candidates should have experience with configuration and implementation of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including reverse proxies, directory synchronization, role mining, identity reconciliation, levels of assurance, LDAP, and Identity and Access Governance concepts
  • The candidates should be capable of developing test cases and deployment documentation

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to help manage, implement, operate, and execute KraftHeinz’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs
  • The candidates should be able to administer the core IAM solutions, ensuring adherence to and providing input on policies and procedures in the area of identity and access administration, access provisioning, authentication and authorization, identity lifecycle management, governance, compliance (regulatory and licensing), and working closely with members of Information Technology, HR, and Business teams in creating and automating efficient, consistent, and scalable processes
  • The candidates should be able to provide support to various IAM projects and be responsible for protecting the data processed in the enterprise by ensuring that the appropriate people have access to the right systems at the right time
  • The candidates should be able to manage multiple identity and access management projects, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters
  • The candidates should be able to be responsible for account lifecycle management, governance, and administration from inception to termination for employees, non-employees, and other business partners
  • The candidates should be able to support the IAM team with architecture, planning, and delivery of an enterprise-level IAM program for identity, access, privileged access, SSO federation, and cloud
  • The candidates should be able to develop, maintain, participate in, and document standard operating procedures, best practices, and technical documentation in a shared repository
  • The candidates should be able to maintain IAM artifacts (strategy, decision, solution design) and engage in the review and design of new IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized
  • The candidates should be able to manage, configure, and monitor systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions and provide incident and problem management support
