Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
Experience: Candidates should have 3 – 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or other relevant experience

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to receive and review requests for leaves of absence
- The candidates should be able to submit cases to external vendors related to leave management processes
- The candidates should be able to liaise between our external case management service providers, internal stakeholders, and our internal managers and employees in relation to leave requests
- The candidates should be able to complete Long-Term Disability (LTD) documentation efficiently
- The candidates should be able to respond to managers and employees through Workday cases regarding leave-related inquiries
- The candidates should be able to update Workday to initiate leave (paid and unpaid) and return-to-work actions accurately
- The candidates should be able to provide cross-functional support to the Time & Absence team in various capacities
