Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 10+ years of experience in business development, partnership development, sales, or alliance management
  • The candidates should be bilingual in French and English due to the nature of the role, which requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada
  • The candidates should have 5+ years of experience building profitable partner ecosystems and experience developing detailed go-to-market plans

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to grow revenue and market share within a defined territory, meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and develop and execute a comprehensive account or territory plan
  • The candidates should be able to articulate and communicate the differentiators and value-adds of AWS solutions and identify and acquire potential partners with AWS software expertise
  • The candidates should be able to accelerate customer adoption of AWS solutions and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with partners to expand the reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions and manage contract negotiations effectively
  • The candidates should be able to develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction, travel moderately
