Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have M.D. or equivalent, be board-certified in radiology and should have fellowship and clinical experience from a reputed institution in pediatric radiology
Experience: Candidates should have Clinical experience in all aspects of general pediatric radiology, including conventional radiographs, fluoroscopic procedures, ultrasound, CT and body magnetic resonance imaging is a must
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be strongly interested in musculoskeletal imaging, which would be an asset.
- The candidates should be individuals who have shown excellence in modern pediatric imaging.
- The candidates should have focused creative professional activity and a strong academic acumen in research and education, which will be considered favorably.
- The candidates should have proficiency in English and they should be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work collaboratively and closely with other divisions within the department, such as Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology/IGT, and Nuclear Medicine, as well as with other disciplines of pediatric medicine and surgery
- The candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with dedicated cardiac and musculoskeletal radiologists within the division
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a strong educational program with approximately 15 dedicated Pediatric Fellows per year in various divisions and 4 to 6 University of Toronto Radiology Residents rotating through the department
