Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Office, and Point of sale system

- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks and capable of handling heavy loads

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and monitor revenues while modifying procedures and prices
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and develop, implement, and analyze budgets
- The candidates should be able to participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules, and monitor staff performance
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
