Requirements:

Education:Â Candidates should have completion of PhD in Arts Management or Administration, Non-Profit Management, Creative Writing, English, Museum Studies, Media and Communication Studies
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to publish, attract research funding, and work with students from diverse backgrounds at both undergraduate and graduate levels
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have earned a terminal degree: an MFA, MBA, MI or related discipline by the time of appointment or shortly thereafter
- The candidates should have a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to teach and supervise students in the undergraduate degree program while fulfilling professional and administrative responsibilities related to teaching
- The candidates should be able to participate in curriculum development and departmental and university committee work to contribute to program and departmental initiatives, particularly in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in teaching and learning
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate teaching experience in areas such as arts and social justice, writing for social change, and equity in arts or media organizations
- The candidates should be able to provide evidence of excellence in teaching, demonstrated through teaching accomplishments, a teaching dossier, including a teaching statement, sample course materials, and teaching evaluations or other evidence of superior performance in teaching-related activities
- The candidates should be able to submit strong endorsements by referees as part of the application process
- The candidates should be able to highlight other teaching-related activities, such as performance as a teaching assistant or course instructor, experience leading successful workshops or seminars, and student mentorship
