Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a post-secondary education in a relevant discipline Human Resources
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience providing administrative support in an office environment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare and assist with the preparation of correspondence and documentation on behalf of the department, section, ensuring alignment with department standards
  • The candidates should be able to assist with monitoring, tracking, and updating information, data, and records, ensuring accuracy and following up
  • The candidates should be able to process or assist with processing documentation, reports, and data, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  • The candidates should be able to manage and maintain documents, records, and files according to established protocols and timelines
