Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 2 – 3 years experience in providing financial advice to clients and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends
- The candidates should be able to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to help deliver a great client experience

- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives
- The candidates should be able to operate as an Associate Financial Services Specialist, forming a deep understanding of personal and small business clients’ needs
- The candidates should be able to recommend simple, personalized solutions that will help clients achieve their financial goals
- The candidates should be able to manage, either individually or as part of a team, a portfolio of mortgage clients with a focus on deepening client relationships
- The candidates should be able to engage in Client Engagement by meeting with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advising them on solutions, and providing a forward-looking financial plan
- The candidates should be able to ensure clients’ investment, financial, and credit-related needs are met by providing a comprehensive retail banking offer or by making a formal introduction to the appropriate Imperial Service and Business Banking colleagues
- The candidates should be able to focus on Relationship Building by participating in marketing and outreach activities to demonstrate value to clients and their communities
- The candidates should be able to grow their network, deepen existing relationships, and work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities
