Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have degree or Advanced Degree in Computer Science/ Technology will be an asset
Experience: Candidates should possess technical experience and have demonstrate skills in areas such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Payments, Digital, and/or Process Engineering
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility to work banking center hours, which may include evenings and weekends
- The candidates should be able to, in order to deliver a great client experience, show flexibility in working at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to participate in a full-time, fast-paced 24-month rotation program within Technology
- The candidates should be able to have the opportunity to move through three 8-month rotations that will offer them the chance to hone their technical, communication, and interpersonal skills while developing their knowledge of CIBC’s dynamic Technology line of businesses
- The candidates should be able to join CIBC with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience through their rotations, which will be in the following business: Capital Markets, International, Commercial & Wealth Management Technology
- The candidates should be able to join CIBC with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience through their rotations in the business like : Corporate Centre Technology, Enterprise Security & Risk Services, Personal and Business Banking Technology, Technology Operations
- The candidates should be able to engage in Development, involving the development, deployment, and support of business applications and utilities
- The candidates should be able to perform Business Analysis, formulating solution scope and objectives to meet the business needs, and validating requirements, testing, training, and implementation of applications
- The candidates should be able to conduct Test Analysis, developing and executing test plans for functional system integration and acceptance testing
- The candidates should be able to practice Project Management, ensuring project control procedures and policies within a number of unrelated large projects are executed
- The candidates should be able to focus on Continuous Improvement, designing and implementing improvements to internal processes to make it easier for teams to do their work
- The candidates should be able to engage in Reporting, Analytics, and Research, analyzing business opportunities and presenting recommendations to address them through analysis, reporting, and research
