Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, Flexible Hours

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates needs other trades certificate, diploma  or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be known for their accuracy in tasks and demonstrate a strong focus on client needs
  • The candidates should be known for their dependability, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances, be organized in their approach to tasks, and be reliable in meeting commitments
  • The candidates should be strong team players with the ability to multitask effectively

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and monitoring staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • The candidates should be able to cost products and services, conduct costing and budgeting, and develop, implement, and analyze budgets
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
  • The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies and participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service and maintain inventory of supplies
