Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in administrative support of a business leadership team

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across multiple functions
  • The candidates should maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, ensuring discretion at all times

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess excellent planning and interpersonal skills, essential for task coordination and relationship building
  • The candidates should have outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with internal and external partners
  • The candidates should have advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, utilizing these tools for presentations and data management

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to report to and partner closely with the VP, Global Heinz and VP, Global Head of Marketing Excellence to drive agendas, set priorities, and provide executive support
  • The candidates should be able to handle calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, manage expense reports, and organize meeting agendas and follow-ups for the VP, Global Heinz and VP, Global Head of Marketing Excellence
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and schedule routine meetings, including town halls (both virtual and in-person), offsites, events, and weekly team meetings across various global office locations, including room bookings and onsite logistics
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate key engagement workstreams across the Global Heinz and Global Marketing Excellence teams, ensuring regular action and follow-through
  • The candidates should be able to own and manage the budget for the Global Heinz and Global Marketing Excellence teams, including purchase order creation, invoicing, and ongoing tracking
  • The candidates should be able to assist with onboarding new team members by creating onboarding schedules, providing scheduling support, and managing all related HR and IT setup requests
  • The candidates should be able to serve as a liaison across the business to enhance communication and collaboration, supporting the Global Growth Office and key stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to perform all other tasks and duties as assigned by the VPs
