Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Computer, Internet access, Cellular phone
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, have efficient interpersonal skills, and possess excellent oral communication
- The candidates should have excellent written communication, take initiative, and be organized
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to reach out to clients after a sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support, identify and solicit potential clients, and screen job applicants
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, review candidate inventories, and process classified ads
- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, perform data entry, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to conduct sales calls
