Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience in project management
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and have 12+ years of experience in project management, or equivalent experience
- The candidates should have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and 6+ years of financial management experience
- The candidates should have an Agile certification, such as Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage and ensure the direction of solution deliveries and influence others to secure resources to deliver on customer contracts and collaborate with Sales to support contract setup, signature, compliance, and execution from deal approvals to invoicing and closure
- The candidates should be able to contribute to consumption activities, identify patterns of consumption gaps, and drive consumption by identifying blockers to consumption goals and enabling customers, through internal teams, to get the full value of their purchases
- The candidates should be able to support strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the customer portfolio, to ensure service delivery is on track and major issues are being anticipated, identified, and managed
- The candidates should be able to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders as a peer with subject matter expertise. Prevent and manage escalated situations through strategic and targeted communications with senior stakeholders and deliver difficult messages
- The candidates should be able to adhere to project compliance standards and requirements of the contract and accommodate customer compliance standards, including managing compliance-related complexities and manage risks and issues within and across large, complex projects leveraging previous experience and subject matter expertise to evaluate trends in risks and optimize mitigation strategies across projects
- The candidates should be able to develop a detailed project management plan to drive predictable delivery for large and complex projects, leveraging expertise and experience to drive scope, resources, and Microsoft project schedule in alignment and collaboration with the customer plan
- The candidates should be able to manage communications with senior stakeholders on project health, issues, and financial performance for large and complex deals throughout the entire project lifecycle and finances for projects with large scopes and budgets by balancing funding and resources across workstreams
- The candidates should be able to drive incremental process improvement by reflecting on and broadly sharing lessons learned and timely project closure by ensuring completion of project sign-off tasks and oversee a broad range of project metrics on large, complex projects with high visibility through others and drive customer satisfaction by representing Microsoft to senior customer stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to contribute across teams to share knowledge and support others by serving as a thought leader or subject matter expert for a specific industry, invest in others through team or regional initiatives to develop capabilities, and provide cross-border mentoring and peer alignment to share lessons learned on challenging projects
- The candidates should be able to embody Microsoft’s culture and values and suggest improvements to intellectual property (IP)
