Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 3 years of experience in training, sales, client management or in a professional services role interfacing with CxO levels

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in client management or in a professional services role
  • The candidates should have experience driving customer digital transformations using cloud-based solutions (IaaS/PaaS) and managing agreements across developers, sales, support, professional services, and distributed teams
  • The candidates should have at least 5 years of experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing and selling services solutions, and ensuring on-time delivery
  • The candidates should have experience writing and discussing agreement and proposal documents for professional services engagements
  • The candidates should have experience with industry-standard financial concepts and metrics
  • The candidates should have experience in account or project management and a customer-facing role, leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations
  • The candidates should be able to communicate fluently in both French and English to support clients in Quebec

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to build and lead the regional training strategy for campaigns, learners, business, and bookings
  • The candidates should be able to manage the learning services business process and forecasting, taking customer use cases from lead through to delivery and utilization of sold learning packages
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with Sales and Customer Developers to capture customer use cases and requirements, develop a training strategy for individual accounts, and act as the point of contact for training
  • The candidates should be able to work with external Google Cloud Platform (GCP) authorized training partners in a presales capacity as needed, building a trusted relationship with customers early in the business cycle of large agreements
  • The candidates should be able to provide updates to the Field Sales team and Professional Services team
