Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have an interest in travel and learn and grasp new technologies and tools quickly and enjoy collaboration and teamwork
- The candidates should be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or convention refugee status, and currently based in Canada
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
- The candidates should have knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing, and media and knowledge of digital media
- The candidates should be interested in learning various media tools such as AdWords, DV360, Meta Campaign Manager, Twitter and TikTok
- The candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency with the Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist in the development of digital media plans for one of Canada’s largest brands
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with leading media and creative agencies to gain exposure to all sides of the advertising business
- The candidates should be able to support billing administration by preparing and submitting invoices, ensuring accurate billing data, and coordinating with other departments
- The candidates should be able to work closely with large publishers such as Google and Meta to assist in negotiations, implementation, and activation of campaigns
- The candidates should be able to coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accountability throughout the campaign process
- The candidates should be able to aid in communicating with external partners to ensure strong working relationships that achieve campaign objectives
- The candidates should be able to work with ad operations to traffic campaigns and deliver assets to external partners
- The candidates should be able to support the quality assurance of weekly or monthly reporting, campaign setup, and post-campaign launch activities
