Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to efficiently manage all day-to-day administrative matters for the EVP, Chief Financial and Regulatory Officer
- The candidates should be able to manage the EVP’s calendar, ensuring schedules are followed, upcoming commitments are met, and responsibilities are managed
- The candidates should be able to liaise with the EVP and their direct reports through information sharing and follow-ups while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and discretion
- The candidates should be able to complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting letters, reviewing communications and reports, and handling other related tasks
- The candidates should be able to evaluate, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the EVP, including sensitive or confidential matters
- The candidates should be able to organize and coordinate off-site meetings, town halls, conferences, and business functions, including travel plans and document compilation for travel-related meetings
- The candidates should be able to assist in preparing Board and Committee meeting materials, adhering to submission timelines and deadlines
- The candidates should be able to attend leadership and management meetings, maintain minutes, and manage all expense submissions accurately and in a timely manner
- The candidates should be able to provide a bridge for smooth communication between the EVP and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support
