Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed Grade 10
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in community service work
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should hold valid Emergency First Aid and CPR certification, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The candidates should have customer service experience and cash handling experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide front-line customer service both in person and over the phone
- The candidates should be able to assist with programs in various town centers, including registering clients, booking facilities, and implementing daily cash procedures
- The candidates should be able to maintain program areas by ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and free of hazards at all times
- The candidates should be able to assist staff in planning, organizing, promoting, implementing, and leading recreational activities, perform other related job duties
