Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in developing CI/CD pipelines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have an understanding of major modeling techniques and their applications, including Linear and Logistic Regression, Bayesian, Time Series, Confidence Intervals, and Deep Learning
- The candidates should have experience in managing technical teams that deliver and support analytical capabilities
- The candidates should have experience in supporting ML models within a production cloud environment, with Azure experience
- The candidates should possess hands-on experience with analytical tools, preferably including AzureML, Vertex, SageMaker, Snowflake, DataBricks, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or R
- The candidates should have working knowledge of LLM operations, including fine-tuning and grounding techniques
- The candidates should be fluent in version control tools and practices, such as GitHub and Azure DevOps
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead, manage, and develop the ML Engineering group in the Toronto office
- The candidates should be able to manage the internal and external labor applied to ML Engineering projects and manage the ML engineering budget and estimation process
- The candidates should be able to implement machine learning algorithms and customized libraries
- The candidates should be able to assist the Data Science team with the development of complex tools, models, or database builds
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to develop data and model pipelines and improve existing Machine Learning models
