Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Area of work experience:Â Charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams; correspondence; invoices; and reports and records
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be proficient in interviewing patients, obtaining case histories, and be able to maintain a systematic filing system efficiently
- The candidates should be skilled in scheduling and confirming appointments, capable of arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations
- The candidates should enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
- The candidates should be responsible for preparing draft agendas for meetings, taking, transcribing, and distributing minutes, and be able to supervise and train other staff in procedures and the use of current software
- The candidates should perform data entry accurately and provide customer service effectively
