Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial Design)
Experience: Candidates should have 7 years of product design experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience with a wide range of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Principle. They should demonstrate a desire to work through the entire User-Centered Design (UCD) process using methods like sketching, storyboarding, diagramming, wireframing, prototyping, and user research
- The candidates should possess deep knowledge in 2-3 key areas: UX/Prototyping & Interaction Design, UI/Visual Design, Understanding Human Behavior, Business and Product Strategy, Design Thinking
- The candidates should have a keen desire to gain in-depth knowledge of our customers and design complex financial services applications that are both intuitive and efficient
- The candidates should have the knack to ask “why?”—believing in data-driven decisions that are strategically informed to drive meaningful solutions to user problems and opportunities
- The candidates should possess a deep collaborative approach to solving challenges—understanding their gaps and working with others to move the product forward so everybody wins. They should support continuous and iterative improvement and be comfortable with feedback cycles that are openly communicative and generous within one-on-one and large team settings
- The candidates should be meticulous and detail-oriented, advocating for beautiful visual design balanced with solid UX. They should demonstrate an adaptive mindset that is able to navigate challenging or ambiguous problems
- The candidates should provide a portfolio with recent work samples and case studies
- The candidates should have experience designing Native Apps and Responsive Web platforms
