Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have bachelor’s Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have minimum three years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and coordinate administrative activities for a variety of projects, committees, and working groups for the Policy, Analysis, and Systems Unit of PGME as the Project Coordinator
  • The candidates should be able to use superior organizational skills to proactively support the Director of Policy, Analysis, and Systems in tracking project deliverables and deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to apply their experience with MS data management tools to extract, analyze, and organize data for key decision-making
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully supporting project teams and working groups in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, contributing to academic success
  • The candidates should be able to manage the Director’s calendar and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate logistics for meetings and project working groups
  • The candidates should be able to track project milestones, timelines, and prepare status reports
  • The candidates should be able to prioritize and coordinate requests for data and analysis
  • The candidates should be able to compile, analyze, summarize data, and draft regular reports for the Director
