Experience: Candidates should have progressive experience in planning and scheduling and project management
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to complete university degree in a related technical or business discipline project management) a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent
- The candidates should be certified as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) and knowledge of scheduling and planning principles, methods, procedures, and processes and have a good understanding of integration between project functions
- The candidates should demonstrate sound knowledge and practical experience related to scheduling through the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation, planning, executing, controlling, monitoring to closing
- The candidates should have experience with all aspects of the Master Project Schedule and demonstrated experience with time impact analysis, what-if scenarios, and recovery schedules and understand both project owner and project execution requirements
- The candidates should be recognized and serve as a subject matter expert to the program management team and provide technical guidance and recommendations and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that project schedules, milestones, and deadlines are met on a timely basis and exhibit strong time management skills; with the ability to prioritize and balance competing demands in a deadline-driven environment
- The candidates should demonstrate well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage large amounts of data and and evaluate recommendations proposed by others, exercising independent judgment to ensure consistency with business goals
- The candidates should demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and influencing skills and have the ability to maintain effective and collaborative work relationships with stakeholders and apply analytical skills
- The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in software applications relevant to the work, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel with pivot table, v-lookup, charts), PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and Project and manage projects and maintain documentation and historical records and office technology, software, and applications and principles and practices of quality assurance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide project management support by establishing, monitoring, and updating multiple project schedules, as well as assisting with planning and implementation activities
- The candidates should be able to participate in the implementation and ongoing business improvement of the Workplace Transformation Program
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with other Internal Stream members to ensure the integration of project management tools and systems related to planning and scheduling
- The candidates should be able to baseline program and project plans to identify, develop, and implement benchmarking data for the measurement and analysis of variances and root causes
- The candidates should be able to develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule, as well as plan, coordinate, and monitor scheduling activities (both performance to date and planned schedule activities)
- The candidates should be able to implement changes to project schedules through effective change management processes and perform critical path/what-if/variance analysis
- The candidates should be able to report schedule variances and recommend corrective action
- The candidates should be able to attend meetings, including risk identification and analysis meetings, and contribute to the implementation plan and process, including timing, sequencing, and staging of events
- The candidates should be able to analyze data to identify trends, continuous improvement opportunities, and risks to leverage and mitigate
