Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, conduct performance reviews, cost products and services
- The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, develop, implement and analyze budgets
- The candidates should be able to recruit, train and supervise staff, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- The candidates should be able to leading/instructing individuals, participate in marketing plans and implementation
