Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- The candidates should be able to hire food service staff, ensure food service and quality control, and prepare a budget and cost estimates
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
- The candidates should be able to prepare food order summaries for the chef and establish work schedules
