Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate comfortably across various organizational levels, including senior management
- The candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork skills while being capable of working independently
- The candidates should be high-level contributors with the ability to exercise independent judgment and focus on detail and quality in their work
- The candidates should have the ability to establish strong relationships with business groups and finance organizations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should hold a CA/CFA designation and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- The candidates should have the ability to visualize data effectively using graphs and charts and understand financial metrics such as TSR, EV/EBITDA multiples, and KPIs
- The candidates should have experience with data analytics tools and bring experience in the Telco industry, which is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop, maintain, and present a rolling view of performance against targets and various changing business and market trends
- The candidates should be able to support the process for collecting and consolidating complex data necessary for key performance metric analysis and benchmarking against competitors and lead industry research on market and subscriber trends
- The candidates should be able to support business partners in short and long-term planning by identifying, prioritizing, and communicating business risks and opportunities through robust financial analysis
- The candidates should be able to provide value-steering analysis, communicating key trends, observations, and business impacts effectively
- The candidates should be able to lead post-implementation project reviews and assessments to evaluate success and areas for improvement
- The candidates should be able to provide general assistance with ad hoc work as necessary to support business objectives
