Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have BA/BS in Computer Science or related degree
Experience: Candidates should have 10+ years of technology related presales, technology consulting, or business development experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to travel up to 15% as needed and a high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have management/team leadership experience
- The candidates should possess 5+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications
- The candidates should have experience working with Public Sector organizations
- The candidates should have a history of successfully managing technical and/or consulting organizations
- The candidates should have professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS or other cloud platforms
- The candidates should have 5+ years of experience successfully building and executing technical strategies for Fortune 1000 accounts
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources
- The candidates should be able to build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions, transferring deep technical skills to customers considering or using AWS
- The candidates should be able to educate public sector customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- The candidates should be able to guide and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices
- The candidates should be able to travel moderately
- The candidates should be able to act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support
