Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have considerable experience in solution design for various application platforms, including Compugen Weight Scale System (Paradigm), with a strong focus on modern technologies such as Web services, REST, and JSON, as well as managing release cycles
- The candidates should have experience in the installation, configuration, administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of application systems and related peripherals, such as printers, readers, cameras, barcode, RFID, and kiosks and extensive experience in all stages of the system development lifecycle, utilizing an enterprise architecture approach and system development methodologies
- The candidates should have experience in capacity planning, system monitoring, performance tuning, and problem determination for a complex IT landscape in a large, diverse computing and telecommunication environment
- The candidates should have experience in data analysis, database design, SQL programming, reporting, performance tuning, and administration with SQLServer and/or Oracle and extensive experience and knowledge in Desktop-related hardware and software, including client endpoint computing devices, operating systems, productivity software, and related configurations
- The candidates should have experience using tools and methodologies such as ITIL, Bates Project Management Methodology (PMBOK compliant), JIRA, ServiceNow, Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Database, Active Directory, Crystal Report, Novell eDirectory, MS Server, MS .Net, MS SQLServer, MS IIS, MS SharePoint, MS Mobile Device Management, Apache, Citrix, and HP Testing Suite

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to design, architect, analyze, and implement detailed plans, while recommending policies and procedures regarding program-specific requirements and supervise, motivate, and train cross-divisional project staff, ensuring effective teamwork, high-quality work, continuous learning, and innovation

- The candidates should be able to perform hardware, software, appliance, and tool installation, maintenance, upgrades, account management, and system monitoring, including policy creation and enforcement for user accounts and access permissions and deliver enterprise-wide backup and disaster recovery services to meet business recovery needs and ensure infrastructure performance and security
- The candidates should be able to develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring corporate standard system security, audit controls, and timeliness of project completion and manage vendor relations for external hardware, systems software, networks, and services, including risk assessment and its impact on enterprise systems
- The candidates should be able to lead and influence project scopes, monitor critical success factors, coordinate resources, and report on project milestones and deliverables and prepare RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs and participate in evaluating and selecting technical solutions
- The candidates should be able to establish citywide standards for operability and high availability of corporate data center products and resolve performance issues and review, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and business innovations for improved service, cost reductions, and efficiency
- The candidates should be able to work with highly confidential information and be available 24/7 to respond to critical alerts and develop technical criteria for mass storage and SAN to meet open systems storage requirements of a consolidated data center
