Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in roles delivering and supporting software and data engineering capabilities
- The candidates should possess strong design and software programming skills, preferably in Python
- The candidates should demonstrate strong experience with cloud services, preferably within Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms, with a preference for Azure
- The candidates should possess experience with analytical tools, including SQL, dbt, Snowflake or BigQuery, and Tableau or PowerBI
- The candidates should have hands-on experience with DevOps and CI or CD processes and experience building APIs, and familiarity with GraphQL is a plus
- The candidates should have project management experience and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and operate modern data architecture approaches to achieve key business objectives and deliver end-to-end data solutions
- The candidates should be able to contribute to building generic frameworks for data ingestion, data processing, data transformation, and data integrations
- The candidates should be able to implement standard methodologies for software design, architecture, and implementation within their assigned projects
- The candidates should be able to implement monitoring tools and processes to ensure platform stability and meet operational SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- The candidates should be able to extend DevOps capabilities for deploying data solutions effectively
- The candidates should be able to act as a data owner and serve as a functional data Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their designated area, providing guidance and expertise
