  • The candidates should be able to maximize area-level capabilities of scaling through partners by coaching the team to grow the partner network, identifying gaps, and promoting Microsoft within the ecosystem
  • The candidates should be able to build and empower the team to influence competitive strategies, provide support across internal teams to execute strategies, and identify cross-workload strategy opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to act as a subject matter expert on competitive disciplines and maintain communications with internal partners and drive execution of projects and foster a growth mindset and learning-focused culture by empowering the team to focus on learning
