Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made
- The candidates should take sole responsibility for seeking any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations necessary for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign and handle Line Check plans for all fleets, assist with the recovery of simulator events for all fleets outside of regular business hours and process displacements related to recency, training, and other requirements
- The candidates should be able to book Jump Seats and familiarization flights and manage Pilot Additional Crew Listings (ADC) for mentoring, recency, and TCS ETOPS ride-alongs
- The candidates should be able to process training plan revisions, notify crew members, and book deadheads (DHs) and hotels and assist with after-hours training hotel, transportation, and deadhead bookings
- The candidates should be able to maintain a shift synopsis and correspond with Fleet Training personnel and handle PQRM entries, including OE, QOE, and IOE, for rollover (monthly plans) and ad hoc (daily/weekly) updates
- The candidates should be able to act as a liaison for Day-of Crew Scheduling with Chief Pilots, MPQs, FEMs, Recency Training Coordinators, Sim Planners, IOE Planners, ART Planners, Contract Instructors, and TC Inspectors and submit Legality Checks to ALPA
- The candidates should be able to perform dual passport checks and Netline auditing, handle after-hours training event queries, manage monthly tagging of Supervisory Flying and prepare Supervisor Stat Reports
- The candidates should be able to conduct daily APP transmissions and process Crew ETA applications for specific destinations, including SYD, BNE, MEL, DXB, TPE, AKL, and DOHÂ and support after-hours uncovered seat fills scheduled to start within a 48-hour window
- The candidates should be able to support Cargo supernumerary listings and notify after-hours fleet training disruptions such as simulator breakdowns, missed training events, QOEs, OEs, and ETOPS
- The candidates should be able to assist with after-hours training recovery for IOE and QOEs and maintain proficiency and knowledge of all relevant policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
