Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should hold a degree in Design and Fine Arts
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on company

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have proven graphic designing experience and possess a strong portfolio of graphics showcasing their design capabilities
  • The candidates should be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom
  • The candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint and be familiar with Microsoft SharePoint and intranet site management
  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory and possess excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review design briefs and identify requirements accurately and conceptualize visuals that align with the stated requirements and goals and prepare rough drafts and effectively present design ideas
  • The candidates should be able to develop and execute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, ads (print, web, and GIFs), tradeshow booths, social media graphics, presentations, eblasts, and signage
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with marketers and creative directors to finalize designs and amend designs based on constructive feedback
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that all creative aspects align with brand objectives, maintain accuracy, and adhere to a cohesive brand identity and voice
  • The candidates should be able to produce final graphics and layouts that are visually appealing and align with brand standards and adapt designs effectively across various media formats
