Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline and Office Administration
Experience: Candidates should have several years of progressively senior experience in an office administrator capacity

- The candidates should have a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and assist in the preparation of correspondence and communication materials, documents, presentations, and reports
- The candidates should be able to review and edit for accuracy, grammar, proper formatting and distribute
- The candidates should be able to update, maintain, and store section-specific documents and materials
- The candidates should be able to arrange meetings, secure conference rooms, and compile information and materials required for section staff
- The candidates should be able to attend various meetings on behalf of the Procedures and Controls section and participate as a representative on special projects
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of department payroll, attendance, and vacation records
- The candidates should be able to provide office services support coverage to other key departmental administrative staff during periods of absence
