Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of consulting and people change management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in an office environment, involving extended periods of sitting and computer use
  • The candidates should be willing to travel occasionally between different locations
  • The candidates should be capable of attending meetings and events, which may involve standing or sitting for periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have self-motivation, agility, and innovation, and be effective team members capable of managing in an environment of change and ambiguity
  • The candidates should have 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
  • The candidates should have deep knowledge of Tech Governance, Risk, and Audit & experience working in complex Enterprises that have a combination of regulated and un-regulated technology environments is a required qualification
  • The candidates should have solid knowledge of DevOps, Cloud Native, and SRE best practices is essential

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to act as a trusted advisor and Enterprise Governance advocate, providing specialized advice and guidance on Lean Governance practices focusing on Business Value, risk, and data-based analysis, and the reduction of toil and waste
  • The candidates should understand and adhere to all governance and compliance requirements (audit, data, cyber security) for products and services
  • The candidates should be capable of creating IT Governance KPIs and Metrics
  • The candidates should be able to identify and raise risks as they relate to the application or business processes
  • The candidates should possess the ability to communicate with business stakeholders in business terms at all levels of the organization
  • The candidates should have awareness of critical concepts in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Native, and excellence in Agile principles
