Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related field of study hold a PMP designation
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of overall Project Management experience, managing projects end-to-end, including project financials

- The candidates should be able to outline project goals, define terms of reference, identify resource requirements, and estimate project costs

- The candidates should be able to help internal partners make informed decisions regarding the development of programs, products, and services, coach and mentor teams toward achieving common project goals
- The candidates should be able to negotiate project deliverables and milestone, proactively identify risks to the project schedule and implement strategies to mitigate them
- The candidates should be able to monitor project milestones and ensure completion within defined timelines and budgets
- The candidates should be able to execute a project plan that effectively balances budget, time, and risk, communicate ideas clearly, build consensus, and write with impact
- The candidates should be able to develop trusted working relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners, train and mentor colleagues, particularly those with significant experience
