Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 6 years of experience in program managing multi- dimensional cross-functional initiatives, including planning, executing, and tracking projects from initiation to completion

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance in an ambiguous environment with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • The candidates should have ability to translate problem-solving results into insights and business recommendations while working with data, analytics, and technical teams

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience with internal and external scaled and support platforms/systems including Help Centers, User Communities, CRM, or case management processes and tools
  • The candidates should have experience in strategy, change management, and rolling-out large-scale initiatives
  • The candidates should have experience implementing projects in a demanding, change-oriented, and fast-paced environment with deadline-driven productivity
  • The candidates should have strong analysis, written/verbal communication (framing and storytelling), teamwork, and people management skills
  • The candidates should have excellent project management skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to architect the program strategy and objectives, assess and communicate the impact to business stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with partner teams and SMEs to surface risks, action items, or key dependencies impacting program delivery quality or timeline
  • The candidates should be able to define, launch, and drive strategic tools and platform initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of complex, strategic programs, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • The candidates should be able to lead large cross-functional projects and teams by working with business and technical stakeholders across the organization to develop and manage project trackers, project communication to stakeholders, timelines, and lead cross-functional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver on project objectives
  • The candidates should be able to develop communication strategies for regular program updates and create presentations with compelling messages effectively tailored to different audience levels, including executives
